Ridgevale Beach

431 Ridgevale Rd, Chatham, MA 02633
A bridge leads to Ridgevale Beach in Chatham, Cape Cod.

One of the best beaches on the Cape for families, Ridgevale Beach is truly a unique experience with something to entertain all ages. Located next to a marsh inlet, the warm, gentle waters are great for swimming if you’re not afraid of a little seaweed. Tidal pools, a feature typically found only on bay side beaches, will keep kids busy searching for critters and seashells as they splash around in the shallow waters. There’s a snack-shack in the parking lot that’s open in season that also rents kayaks, paddle boards, sail boats and other beach supplies. The beach is connected to the parking lot by a bridge, so you will have to walk a bit.
