Chapoquoit Beach

Chapoquoit Road, Falmouth, MA 02540
People relax along the jetty lined shore of Chapoquoit Beach in Falmouth, Cape Cod.

Located on the Buzzards Bay side of Falmouth, Chapoquoit Beach is a thin strip of jetty-backed beach known to locals as “Chappy”. Space can be a bit tight during high tide, and the parking lot is relatively small, so plan ahead to get a good spot. Kids will enjoy combing the shoreline for shells and body surfing in the waves. When the wind is howling kite surfers can often be seen offshore. Parking is limited to passholders only. Daily parking is available at Old Silver Beach a few miles to the north.
