Megansett Beach

Located on a small peninsula jutting into Megansett Harbor, Megansett Beach is a quiet beach popular among locals in the area. The jetty at the tip of the beach is great for watching boats pass by. Stay until dusk to catch some spectacular sunsets over Buzzards Bay. The parking lot is on the smaller side, so arrive early to get your spot. Parking is by sticker only, so try Old Silver Beach instead if you’re looking to pay for daily parking.

A Falmouth beach sticker or daily fee is required to park at all public beaches from mid-June until mid-September, with the exception of Grew’s Pond and Trunk River Beach. Beach lots are free all other times. Weekly and seasonal passes are valid for all town beaches. Daily fee parking is only available at Menauhant Beach, Old Silver Beach, Surf Drive Beach and Surf Drive Beach Extension.
