Stoney Beach

Gosnold Road, Falmouth, MA 02543
Waves lap at the shoreline of Stoney Beach in Falmouth, Cape Cod.

Tucked into the neighborhoods of Woods Hole and the Marine Biological Laboratory, Stoney Beach is a small section of public beach with a private beach vibe. Contrary to the name, it’s not really that stoney. Kids will enjoy combing the shores for critters and splashing in the warm water. The parking lot is very small so be sure to arrive early to have a chance at a spot. In addition to Falmouth beach stickers, MBL parking passes are also valid for the lot, making it popular among students.
