A couple relaxes at Fisher Beach in Truro, Cape Cod.

If you’re looking to avoid the crowds of the larger beaches, quiet and relaxing Fisher Beach is a great option. If you’re able to snag one of the limited number of parking spaces you’ll be treated to a private beach experience with amazing views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown, especially during sunset. As with most Truro beaches, parking passes must be purchased ahead of time. Corn Hill Beach to the north offers daily parking.

Truro beach passes are required to park between the hours of 9am – 4pm from the third Saturday in June through Labor Day. Beach parking lots are free all other times. Passes can be used at all Truro beaches with the exception of the National Seashore section of Head of the Meadow Beach.

Dogs prohibited between 9am – 6pm from the third Saturday in June through Labor Day. Additional temporary bans on pets are occasionally put in place to protect nesting birds. Check posted signage.
