Tucked in the woods in the center of Yarmouth, the Flax Pond Recreation Area features freshwater pond access and a host of other activities. Kids will love the playground and swimming in the warm water. There are a number of pickleball courts in addition to basketball, hiking trails, ball fields, a small amphitheater and a picnic area. There’s a large lot with plenty of parking. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path also crosses near the entrance to the park.
