Cold Storage Beach

Cold Storage Beach features soft sand, gentle water and great views of the boats coming in and out of Sesuit Harbor from the jetty on the west end of the beach. Although the beach is accessible to the public, parking is resident-only. Neighboring Sea Street Beach has a public lot, and is only a short walk down the beach.

A Dennis resident beach pass is required to park from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Resident passes are valid at all Dennis beaches. West Dennis Beach and South Village Beach both have parking areas designated for residents only, in addition to open public parking. Bayview Beach, Cold Storage Beach and Harborview Beach lots are restricted to resident parking only.
