Neel Road Beach

A jetty juts out into the water at Neel Road Beach in Harwich, Cape Cod.

Located at the end of a residential neighborhood, Neel Road Beach is a small slice of public beach tucked in among private beaches. There’s no parking area, so unless you live in the neighborhood, the much larger Red River Beach is probably a better option.
