Coast Guard Beach

Coast Guard Rd, Truro, MA 02657
People relax along the shore at Coast Guard Beach in Truro, Cape Cod.

Featuring classic sandy dunes, rough surf and plenty of wildlife, Coast Guard Beach is great for people who enjoy relaxing on the beach and taking in the sights. Seals, sharks and an occasional whale can often be spotted just off shore. Unlike much busier Coast Guard Beach in Eastham, the small parking lot tends to keep the crowds away and offers easy access to the beach. 10 spaces are reserved for residents, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot. If you strike out, nearby Head of the Meadow Beach has a larger parking lot.
