Skaket Beach

Skaket Beach Road, Orleans, MA 02653
Beach tents and umbrellas line the shores of Skaket Beach in Orleans, Cape Cod.

The calm, warm waters of Cape Cod Bay make Skaket Beach an ideal spot for families. The shallow waters are great for kids, and during low tide the exposed tidal flats will delight young explorers. Skaket Beach is one of the best places on Cape to catch the sunset as well. There’s a decent sized parking lot, with restroom facilities, rinse stations and a snack shack but the beach itself is relatively small, and very popular, so make sure to show up early to claim your spot.
